August Market Update

August Market Update

Every month Louise shares updates on what’s happening in the North Wales market.

August is always a strange month for the property market. Not just locally but nationally.

We’re still busy, but there’s been a little slow down as people venture on days out, holidays, and trying to keep the kids entertained.

We’re still seeing properties attract multiple offers, and we’re achieving on average over 8 percent above the asking price on many properties we’re selling.

Talking of selling, if you want to be in a new home by Christmas, you need to start thinking about getting going now.

Although the market is still very buoyant, things like the legal side of selling a home can take time, especially if you are involved in a chain, relying on others to get your sale through to competition.

We have a now not-so-secret weapon for getting our client's sales over the finish line quickly and successfully.

Our dedicated sales progressor Super Sabrina is entirely focused on ensuring everyone involved in a sale, from the mortgage lenders to solicitors to other agents, are on top of things and keeping everything moving.

Sabrina has already made an enormous difference since taking on this role. She’s tenacious and doesn’t rest until everything is in place so that the deals get done.

Having specialised roles is something we’re introducing across the entire LL Estates team. It means our clients are benefitting from the best levels of care and expert advice in all areas. And it’s working.

Now is a great time to call one of our experts if you want to be sitting in a new home, enjoying your turkey, sherry, and Christmas pudding on December 25th this year.

Thanks for reading.
