COVID-19 & SELF ISOLATION

This is currently a very stressful time for everybody. Having to self isolate to keep ourselves safe is difficult when we’re used to popping out to town, catching up with family and friends and generally having the freedom to come and go as we please.

It is a testing time for us all and mainly our elderly relatives, who we need to keep safe, because more often than not they tend to have pre existing health problems.

What does help is LL is that we have recently even blessed with some gorgeous weather. We are permitted to go out for a daily walk, also we can enjoy some rays and sit outside in the garden and make use of this time to do some gardening.

Tips on how to keep busy:
  • Go out for our permitted daily walk/jog - you could also do a workout at home - encourage the children to join!!
  • Enjoy the sun - take in the rays with a nice cold drink/play games with the children in the garden.
  • Gardening - make use of this time by cutting the grass.
  • Catch up with relatives via telephone or FaceTime - ask if they need shopping or prescriptions.
  • Keep in touch with your neighbours - post your contact details through the letterbox incase they need you for anything.

Keep safe and enjoy the sunshine

Buyers remorse. A feeling of regret or anxiety after making a purchase. Often felt after spending money on something that you later feel wasn't worth it. Clothing bought in a sale because it was perceived to be a bargain when, in reality, you probably didn't really need or indeed want to buy it. You might not have even given it a second thought if it had not been discounted.
