Meet the LL Estates’ Family
Over the next week, we will be meeting the LL Family starting with our girl Sabrina ....
Sabrina Our pocket rocket! Sabrina’s full of energy and has a brilliant attitude and work ethic. She’s been a popular part of the team for five years. Sabz handles viewings, sale progressions and will roll up her sleeves to help wherever needed, she is our DIY queen!
Sabrina has worked at LL Estates for five years and absolutely loves the fast pace environment that agency brings. When we asked Sabrina what she loves about the job she said 'No two days are the same and every day you get to meet new people and help them on the moving journey.
Sabrina works from our busy Rhuddlan office and remained working throughout lockdown as a non furloughed member of staff. This just shows her dedication and love for the job and LL Estate owners Louise and Fiona will be forever grateful for the loyalty shown at the challenging times that lock-down brought to the industry and Country.
'I found working in lockdown challenging at times because we were still incredibly busy with less staff to help with the workload.' Customers were understanding but it was hard for everyone, especially sales that were about to exchange'.
We asked Sabrina a range of questions from what makes agency special to her biggest challenge, here are her answers...
What makes your agency special? We are all the best of friends we are unique and all work as a team.
How long have you lived in the local area? 25 years
What’s the best part of your job? I couldn’t even narrow down the best part of my job because there isn’t a part of the job that I dislike. Every day is different and I come across different challenges which I enjoy.
If you could give one tip to homeowners preparing to sell their property what would it be? To make sure the property smells lovely either by buying diffusers or candles to make a good first impression on viewings.
