Meet the LL Estates’ Family

Today we introduce you to Samantha our viewing queen and office mum .....

Our office’s mother hen (in the nicest possible way). Sam looks after our clients AND the team in the office.

She is a fabulous cook and looks after the team with her legendary buffets!

Sam is very experienced in the industry and has been selling houses for over 20 years in the local area. Sam is also a natural at videos which we use to market the properties we sell and let.

Sam has worked for LL Estates for two years and enjoys the variety of the job and finding clients their dream properties, 'I love the day of completion and handing the keys over to the new owners'.

''Living in the local area myself is great. I can offer advice on location, local schools, bars, restaurants, and the fantastic walks I enjoy walking myself.

We asked Sam a range of questions; here are some of her answers ....

If the team could describe you in three words, what would they be? Kind, understanding, and sociable.

If you could give some good tips for selling, what would they be? De-clutter, De-personalise, add a vase of fresh flowers, and where possible, light a candle. Make sure the front of the property is clean and tidy.

What would attract someone from out of the area to North Wales? Beautiful castles, excellent Jackson's Garden center, indoor swimming, play facility on the promenade, several lovely tea rooms in the area, and many friendly pubs selling Home Cooked foods.

Complete the sentence, and I love working at LL Estates because ...... We Are A Family !!!!

Sam is your girl for any of your moving needs; call our office or email for any help and advice.
